Don’t leave racing to chance; get in the right frame of mind!

Keith-Donegan-Podium-2012-690x460aaaA year ago a group of people came to Mondello Park to learn how to use the full potential of their minds in motorsport with psychotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master practitioner, Linda Keen. It’s fair to say for some of them, the effect was pretty radical as their racing results later produced.

So if you feel you need a mental advantage this year, book in for the next seminar in Ireland which takes place on Saturday, February 8 in the Naas Court Hotel, running from 10am until 4.0pm. Places are limited and it will be the only course in Ireland taking place before the season starts. If you’re interested, you need to adopt the winning mind-set and book in at without delay!Last year, Navan’s Keith Donegan was totally open to what he learned on the Motorsport Mind Mastery Seminar, and he went on to finish runner-up in the Ginetta Junior UK Championship running with Douglas Motorsport and with several wins under his belt.
At the end of the year, Keith said:“For everyone thinking or considering taking part in these mind mastery seminars I’d like to tell you of my experience with Linda. I went to a mind mastery seminar in January 2013 and I really had no clue of what it was about, I was going into my second season in Ginetta Juniors UK, having only finished 10th in the championship the previous year and I was looking for any way possible to move up the grid. Going into the course I was very open-minded to everything and when Linda showed me the power of my mind it really got me hooked. I started practicing what I was taught and the results started coming way easier and I finished 2nd in the championship with 4 wins and 12 podiums thanks to Linda’s great work. For any sportsperson or racing driver who wants to improve their overall performance and who are serious about their racing I would strongly recommend attending these Mind Mastery courses because not only they are only a fraction of the cost of a test day but they have been a huge benefit to me this year. I will definitely be continuing my work with Linda in the future.” Keith, who is still only 16, is sitting his Leaving Cert this year and he’s been ‘persuaded’ by his mum to wait until after his exams before he gets back behind the wheel. So we’ll have to wait until late June before we see this talented and exciting youngster back in action.
A driver who really lets his on-track actions do the talking is Donadea’s Kevin O’Hara and while his 2013 season as the Motorsport Ireland Dunlop Young Driver of the Year was thwarted by some mechanical gremlins in his Formula Ford, it all came good for the big occasions. He won the coveted Martin Donnelly Trophy at Kirkistown and took a fighting third place in the Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone. Quietly-spoken O’Hara commented at the close of the 2013 season: “I have found the Motorsport Mind Mastery course to be of a huge benefit this year! For sure I would recommend it to any sportsperson looking to improve their overall performance. I will most definitely be continuing with it into the future!”

Many other drivers during the 2013 worked with Linda, and one of them was 16-year old Akash Nandy, who learned how to use the power of his mind only via Skype coaching sessions! Akash – the youngest driver in the Formula Masters China series – finished the season third with four wins and many podiums before taking victory in Macau in emphatic style.

This year Linda will be working with the B1Racing’s ( karting outfit, and team principal, Matt Kelly said: “B1Racing uses Linda not just for its drivers but the team members as well. If you want to get your team united and working as a ‘team’ and your driver in the zone then I’d really suggest working with her. It’s money very well spent. I personally questioned its benefits initially but it’s such an advantage I can’t recommend it enough; I wish I’d had mind coaching when I was racing.”

Bookings must be in by Friday, January 31 and full details are on If you want to have a chat about it, call Linda on +44 7745 121790 (on Viber too) or 086 8144144.
