Motorsport is made up of highs and lows, and we had both over the weekend. It started well, all the little things done and the graphics were finished by Anthony Kellaghan on Friday afternoon, great job. Last Friday, in the Naas Court Hotel (fast becoming THE venue for Motorsport launches), The Irish Touring Car Championship officially launched their 2013 campaign and also made some interesting announcements.
