Mondello's International Track now stretches to 3.5kms
Almost exactly 45 years ago to the day, Mondello Park opened as Ireland’s first permanent race circuit. The original layout grew within a year to the extended 2km National Circuit. So here I am in Hong Kong with John O'Hara and the Nulty fella
Sure that’s it- the season is over. Bit of rallycross now should keep me going over winter I suppose. Stayed in the stand for the first one last Sunday- saw the peoples champion T Bone Tommy watchin all the action and the oul Fiesta sittin at home.
